WikiWineries is a property marketing and discovery website for winery, vineyard and related wine-country real estate.

Listing information

Property information, photographs, pricing, acreage, improvements, availability and other listing details may be supplied by property owners, listing agents, brokerages or other sources. Information can change without notice and should be independently verified before you rely on it.

No guarantee of accuracy or availability

WikiWineries aims to present listings clearly and accurately, but does not guarantee that every statement, image, measurement, price or property status is complete, current or error-free. A listing appearing on the site does not guarantee that the property remains available.

Regional and editorial imagery

Images used on country, province, wine-region, seller or realtor information pages may be editorial or illustrative rather than photographs of a specific property. They are used to represent the character of wine-country real estate. Individual property listing pages use the photographs associated with that listing unless clearly stated otherwise.

Buyer due diligence

Winery and vineyard purchases can involve zoning, water, agricultural rules, environmental matters, licensing, production equipment, business assets, taxes and other issues. Buyers should obtain appropriate legal, financial, agricultural, environmental, inspection and other professional advice for their circumstances.

Listing agents and relationships

A property may be represented by the agent or brokerage identified on its listing page. Simply using WikiWineries or sending a website inquiry does not by itself create an agency, fiduciary, brokerage, advisory or client relationship with WikiWineries or any listing agent.

Realtor advertising and payment

Advertising packages, rates, start dates and renewal terms for realtor accounts are agreed directly with WikiWineries. Payments may be accepted by e-transfer outside the website. WikiWineries does not currently provide online checkout or automated recurring billing. Publication and continued advertising may depend on account standing, payment and listing review.

Advertising on WikiWineries does not guarantee a particular number of inquiries, a Google ranking, a sale or any other business result.

Website use

You may use WikiWineries for legitimate property research and inquiries. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorized access, submit malicious content, misuse forms or copy site content in a way that violates applicable rights or laws.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site grows. Continued use of WikiWineries after an update means you are using the site under the current version of these terms.
