Privacy policy

This policy explains the information WikiWineries receives when you use the site or send us an inquiry.

Information you choose to provide

When you contact WikiWineries, request details about a listing or ask to list a property, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, property information and message. We use that information to respond to your request and manage the related inquiry.

Technical information

The site may record limited technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, request time and basic session data. This information can help with security, spam prevention and website operation.

Property and listing inquiries

An inquiry about a property may be reviewed by WikiWineries and routed to the listing agent, brokerage or account assigned to that property so the inquiry can be answered. WikiWineries may also retain a copy for lead management, service administration and follow-up.

Cookies and analytics

WikiWineries may use essential browser cookies or session storage for functions such as forms, login security and administrative access. The site also uses website analytics services, including Google Analytics and SEOCheckerFree analytics, to understand traffic and site performance. Those services may process technical information according to their own privacy practices.

Advertising payments

WikiWineries does not currently process advertising payments through the website. Realtor advertising fees may be paid directly by e-transfer outside the website. The administrative system may keep a limited business record such as the payment date, amount, currency, confirmation reference and private account notes, but website forms do not collect payment-card or online banking credentials.

Retention and security

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle inquiries, administer listings, maintain business records, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or electronic storage method can guarantee absolute security.
